The AVP - New Business Development is accountable for the strategic development and commercial annual fiscal delivery within the Vape/Head Shop & Tobacconist Channels. This role is based on Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The role requires the leadership and strategic direction to work cross functionally between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Retail Commercial Director, Regional Commercial Managers, IT (local & Global) and Customer Service. Aligned with the VP of Sales, build a commercially viable trading terms, optimizing a consumer visible portfolio range, ensuring space for brand aligned consumer communications, competitive within the market and executable by the operational delivery teams.
