The AVP - Retail Commercial - US is accountable for the strategic development and commercial annual fiscal delivery within the traditional trade Channels. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The role requires the leadership and strategic direction to work cross functionally between Sales, Marketing, ITGB Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, New Business Commercial Director, Regional Commercial Managers, IT (local & Global) and Customer Service. Aligned with the VP of Sales and working closely with ITGB Sales, build a commercially viable growth strategy, optimizing a consumer visible portfolio range, ensuring space for brand aligned consumer communications, competitive within the market and executable by the operational delivery teams.
