The role

We believe a dedicated journey will make a difference. You will oversee our consumer life-cycle management strategy and its implementation with an emphasis on giving our consumers more fun, more relevant, more personalized and more valuable experience through 1to1 channels. Our goal is to assist and lead the organization towards being a leader data-driven marketer in the industry by driving the change through omni-channel personalization.

Key accountabilities

  • As part of the CRM team you will take over the ownership of our global 1-2-1 communication strategy which is developed based on customer insights and will help us to connect, strengthen the relationship and build up a distinctive blu experience via multiple touch points
  • You will design / oversee the strategy which consists of different communication programs for different consumer segments and markets
  • Your commercial mind will be focused on driving traffic into our touch points, your efforts will turn into the extension of the life cycle and an increase of the life time value
  • Your strategic mind will engage our consumers with a storyline-based experience at each touch-point
  • The main initiatives covered in the strategy:
    • First touch / welcome experience
    • Push to 2nd purchase via a compelling argument (for example: cross / up-selling)
    • Increasing frequency / LTV / NPS / Acquisition & Retention Ratios
    • Reducing churn via a preventive churn program
    • A consumer loyalty programme integrated with our segmentation model
    • 1to1 MarCom plan
    • Continuous improvement through test & learn approach and data-driven insights
    • 1to1 channel strategy
    • Permission management
    • Data enrichment strategy

Skills & experience

  • We need an experienced, creative and innovative CRM Campaign Specialist
  • Experience to create end-to-end life-cycle management strategy development & implementation
  • Have a commercial mindset as well as a focus on CRM’s KPIs to achieve the objectives
  • Has analytical skills with the drive to improve our programs continuously based on own and third party customer insights and commercial performance
  • Understands and has deep knowledge of today’s and upcoming communication channels
  • Overtime you will strategize over optimizing and localizing the programs in collaboration with the markets
  • Work according local leading regulations and opt-in laws

 

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a data-driven environment, preferably with exposure to FMCG organizations
  • BA or equivalent degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, engineering, etc. – Masters in Business or Marketing is preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, lead generation and conversion rate optimization best practices that drive lead conversion and customer retention
  • Impeccable prioritization skills coupled with 1to1 MarCom calendar management
  • Strong understanding of marketing model mix planning and having a knack towards leveraging each 1to1 channels to its strength
  • Strong understanding of how retention relates to acquisition and how consumer insights can influence digital marketing strategy
  • Dealt directly with creative and consumer insights, with an understanding of the process for getting the best out of both
  • An understanding of marketing automation solutions and their capabilities
  • Ability to work as part of a team to share cross learnings in order to contribute to the CRM function as a whole
  • Extensive with intercultural teams working remotely, across multiple time zones, and in globally matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational & influencing skills
  • Understanding of how self-goals are correlated with the company wide objectives
  • Initiative taker with a startup mindset
