The Electronics and Programming Engineer will be responsible for the electronics and programming associated with Fontem’s new product introductions at the various factories.
The role will require an electrical engineering background with experience in high volume manufacturing of printed circuit board and battery assemblies along with software and programming experience.
The person will be responsible for taking functional prototypes to mass production, as well as performing cost optimisation and Engineering documentation.
Additionally, experience working with quality departments is required in order to generate protocols and qualification plans.
This person will be supporting a team of process, automation and mechanical engineers to deliver their projects through your expertise in electronic assemblies.
You will have the opportunity to influence and work across multiple products and platforms, in close cooperation with the development team.
The person should be prepared to work in a fast paced environment and with multiple stakeholders across the business and in China.
