FTC for up to 12 months
We are currently looking for a commercially minded and pro-active person to join the Innovations and Science HR team. Youwill lead, drive and contribute to exciting People & HR projects and work streams. This includes the roll out of new technologies and learning and change initiatives.
Building key working relationships with the expanding Science and Innovations team to support cultivating the right culture across the business to ensure business objectives are met. Working alongside the HR team and resourcing partners, you will also be expected to project manage recruitment as and when required.
Working with the HRD on key change management initiatives
lead the on-site implementation of Workday in partnership with HR team and Global HR Operations.
Support the roll-out of learning initiatives alongside the Training & Development Manager, as well as specific site projects and employee engagement events – including continue to embed our company values and performance management approach.
Working alongside the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team, support the DIB strategy and activities.
Supporting the roll out of the group travel systems and expenses as well other site specific projects
You will collaborate with the wider HR team to develop innovative, timely and cost-effective best practice initiatives across the business – including policy reviews and innovative HR solutions.
