The Job holder is a strategic partner for Fontem International, Smokeless BU and Group Innovation, responsible for managing the deployment of all ‘drumbeat’ initiatives on Next Generation Products (e-vapour, heated tobacco & oral nicotine delivery). The role operates in a matrix organisation, and requires excellent communication and collaboration across functions involved in the Product Lifecycle Management of NGP categories.
This is an integral role in delivering our NGP agenda, enabling roll out of new products to markets, but also of brand quality upgrades, regulatory labelling changes and cost savings initiatives. Leading a team of 4 Project Managers, the job holder oversees NGP launches and changes roadmap, managing MSC Product Standards and ensuring our readiness to scale global initiatives, in line with global project management principles and governance, in line with MSC processes and in line with cost targets.
Initial focus of the role will be on EVP products, whilst ways of working and support required on Smokeless are being reviewed.
