Competitive Salary + Benefits

As QA Administrator you will support the quality function and manage aspects of the quality management system. You will work in accordance with EU GMP and Nerudia’s internal procedures. There are four opportunities available currently with shifts on a rota of 2pm to 10pm one week and 10am to 6pm the next Monday-Friday.

Key accountabilities

  • To coordinate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) generation and issue. Management of BMR updates and approval process. Perform training to end users, as required
  • To review batch records and provide timely documented feedback for corrections / amendments to ensure any fixed product release dates are adhered
  • To perform quarterly review of BMR completion error logs and identify training gaps. Develop appropriate training material and execute program for Right First Time improvement
  • Coordinate the Nerudia Training system & be responsible for ensuring compliance to the documented process. Perform training to end users, as required
  • Support Site GxP induction & annual site training programs
  • To carry out/participate in internal self-inspection activities and ensure any CAPA’s are completed on time and appropriately
  • To participate in the continual improvement of the site Quality systems
  • Support any site customer & regulatory audit(s) and be the primary person for system explanation
  • Work closely with the Manufacturing/Warehouse areas of the business to ensure Quality system(s) are maintained/compliant/adhered-to
  • Responsible for making sure staff are adhering to SOP's throughout business areas including warehouse, manufacturing and office(s)
  • Archive documents & retention samples accordingly
  • Provide office administration duties for QA Management, as required

Skills & experience

  • Background in Quality Administration within a technical environment
  • Appropriate administration duties
  • Understanding of technical, analytical, and writing skills
  • Positive, flexible & enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Willingness to learn & take on tasks

Qualifications:

Higher National Certificate or related scientific discipline is desirable and/or minimum 2-3 years’ experience in production / QA environment within the pharmaceutical or related industry
