The Social & Media Manager will play a key role is delivering blu’s vision for compelling brand experiences. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Working with the Consumer Experience Director, the Social & Media Manager will develop and execute blu’s annual direct to consumer communication plans through social and paid media channels. In the role, the Social & Media manager will be responsible for blu’s owned social channels, using brand and/or user generated content to drive consumer engagement and following. The role will also manage blu’s annual paid media plans, using insight to drive efficient and targeted messaging while managing performance based trafficking to blu’s owned digital channels. The role will need to work cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders, and external agencies, ensuring all social and paid media plans are connected and amplified across blu’s annual marketing plans. The Social & Media Manager will be responsible for the continued review and refinement of blu direct to consumer communication plans, ensuring they are delivering against the agreed KPI’s and budget.
